I cleared the RTC RAM past switching the jumper caps (havn't washed the take out battery method yet) and i have two leds on my mobo on, the ane past the PUS is light-green and the 1 by the ram labeled DRAM LED is solid red
Practise you remember the BIOS version you came from? If and then, tin you download it from the ASUS spider web site and apply the USB wink mechanism and endeavor to revert to your previous BIOS. With the DRAM LED staying on that would point it found a problem with the DRAM - more likely BIOS changes and RAM machine-tweeking. There could be bits prepare based on the old BIOS that mean different things RAM wise using the new BIOS. You lot could also endeavour the pull-the-battery and reset CMOS fox as well.
What virtually going through the MemOK! procedure? That "may" cause the BIOS to generate new internal timings and get your RAM up once more.
I but tried the sometime bios and that didnt seem to work either. equally to the MemOK button, i tried it once again and it just but makes the DRAM LED offset flashing reddish at first and after 30 seconds goes back to solid red. Also, i tried the removing bombardment clearing thing and that as well didnt do anything
I'k fresh out of ideas. I estimate information technology'south time to contact Asus and first thinking virtually an RMA...

The motherboard has a usb flash push button on the back where if you plug in a usb into the port right beneath it (its color labelled and so people know which one) and hold the button for three seconds it will then begin to start flashing and once it stops flashing it is done. i know it flashed properly because at first i had the bios update CAP file in the usb and when i did information technology, the button simply stayed solid blue (which it isnt supposed to) but when i checked the manual and renamed the file to what it said to in the manual, the button started flashing blue (which it is supposed to).

In that location could be $.25 set up based on the old BIOS that mean dissimilar things RAM wise using the new BIOS. You could also try the pull-the-battery and reset CMOS fob every bit well.
What about going through the MemOK! process? That "may" crusade the BIOS to generate new internal timings and get your RAM up once again.

What well-nigh going through the MemOK! process? That "may" cause the BIOS to generate new internal timings and get your RAM upwardly again.
I just tried the former bios and that didnt seem to work either. as to the MemOK push, i tried information technology again and it just simply makes the DRAM LED offset flashing cherry-red at first and after thirty seconds goes back to solid reddish.
